Customizable options include swiveling manicure tables and compatibility with Pro Foot Heater Massagers or Trio Foot Spas to create an efficient pedicure station.

Return Information

Returns of Products (excluding chairs and furnitures). If you are unsatisfied with a Belava Products you have purchased directly from us, you may return the Products within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Please note all custom orders are final orders and are non-refundable. A refund of the Product’s cost reduced by twenty percent (20 %) restocking fees of original purchase price, the Product must be in its original packaging, in resalable condition, and must reference a return merchandise authorization number (“RMA #”) provided by Belava.  Original shipping charges are not refundable and the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers that choose to exchange or return merchandise are responsible for the shipping cost of returning product and the shipping cost of replacement product.

All return of Products without Belava’s specific consent will be rejected. When returning an item please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Absolutely no accounts will be credited without an RM number. Link to online return form: Return Product Request 

Please note - Complimentary items must be returned with the original purchase or the customer will be charged the retails price of the item.

Returns of Chairs and Furniture. Belava does not accept any returns on chairs and furniture. Belava Chairs and Furniture are covered under the one-year manufacturer limited warranty.

Warranty/Limitation of Liability. Belava designs and builds its Products with integrity, fine materials and compulsive attention to details to provide Customer with many years of Product use and Customer satisfaction.

Belava offers a one (1) year limited Manufacturer’s Warranty that our product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Like any other warranty, Belava’s Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover damages resulting from regular use, abuse, mishandling or damage during the shipment.

Belava warrants that at the time of shipment the Products covered by Customer's purchase order shall meet Customer's specifications and shall be free of all defects in workmanship or material. The above warranties are given in lieu of all of the warranties, either express or implied, and all other warranties are hereby disclaimed, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that the Products do not meet the foregoing warranties, Belava shall, at its option, replace the Products free of charge or refund the purchase price paid for those Products by Customer. Such replacement or refund shall constitute Customer's sole remedy for breach of the foregoing warranties and Belava shall have no additional liability therefor. Belava's liability for damages under Customer's purchase order or otherwise shall in no event exceed that part of the purchase price applicable to the Product with respect to which such damages are claimed. In no event shall Belava be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, punitive or indirect damages attributable to the sale of the Products under this Agreement or any other matter arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Customer must notify Seller within ten (10) business days following receipt of the Products if any Product is damaged or if a shortage occurs. Belava will not be responsible for any claim for damage or shortage not reported within such ten (10) day period. 

Order Cancellation (excluding chairs and furniture). Belava works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot gurantee that we will be able to cancel your order after is has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please call us at 754-273-7759 or e-mail info@dharmawellnesseqipment.com at your earliest convenience. Any cancellation of the order after it has been shipped out is treated as return of product within subject to fifteen (15) days return policy.

Cancellation Policy for Orders Financed through Third-Party Financing. We understand that sometimes our customers may need to cancel an order that has been financed through a third-party financing company. However, please note that if cancellation is not allowed by the financing company, the following policy will apply: 

  1. Cancellation Requests: Customers who wish to cancel an order that has been financed through a third-party financing company must submit a cancellation request in writing to our customer service team. The request must include the order details, financing company information, and the reason for cancellation.
  2. Financing Company's Policy: If the financing company does not allow cancellations, we will follow their policy and will not be able to process the cancellation request. Customers will be responsible for fulfilling their financial obligations as per the agreement with the financing company.
  3. Fees and Charges: In case the financing company allows cancellations but charges any fees or penalties, customers will be responsible for covering those fees or penalties as per the financing company's policy. We will not be responsible for any fees or charges levied by the financing company.
  4. Refunds: If the financing company allows cancellations and refunds, we will process the refund as per the financing company's timeline and procedures. Customers will receive a refund for the amount paid to us, minus any fees or penalties levied by the financing company, if applicable.
  5. Communication: We will communicate with the financing company on behalf of the customer to facilitate the cancellation process, but we do not guarantee the outcome as it is ultimately determined by the financing company's policies and procedures.
  6. Non-compliance: Failure to comply with the financing company's policy and fulfill financial obligations may result in additional charges, penalties, or legal action as per the financing company's agreement and applicable laws.
  7. No Modification: This policy applies to orders that have been financed through a third-party financing company and cannot be modified or overridden by any other policies or agreements, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
