Thank you for shopping with Dharma Wellness Equipment. Below, you will find our guidelines regarding shipping methods, timelines, and costs. Please review this policy to understand the details of how your order will be shipped and what you can expect after placing an order.


1. Free Domestic Shipping

Coverage: FREE shipping applies to eligible standard spa and salon equipment within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

Eligible items: Products specifically marked as "Free Shipping" on the product page.

Shipping Methods: Orders will typically ship via our standard ground service or an equivalent method.

Delivery Times: 5-30 business days via UPS Ground or equivalent service, depending on product type and manufacturer. These delivery times apply to all products except for those suppliers who specify a shorter delivery window. Please refer to the supplier-specific delivery times detailed on each product page.

Processing Time: Most domestic orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can monitor the delivery progress.


2. Large Equipment & Freight Shipping

Oversized items weighing over 150 lbs or exceeding standard dimensions require freight shipping.

Shipping charges: $25-$150 depending on size, weight, and destination. Each manufacturer has its own shipping policy and rates.

Freight delivery requires appointment scheduling with the carrier.

Delivery method: Freight items are delivered to your curb or loading dock.

White glove delivery available upon request for an additional fee (includes inside delivery and basic setup).


3. International Shipping

Quote Upon Request: For orders outside of the United States, we currently do not offer a flat rate. If you are located outside of the United States and wish to place an order, please contact our Customer Service at info@dharmawellnessequipment.com before placing your order to receive a shipping quote.

Additional Charges: International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping quotes and must be paid by the recipient.

Delivery Times: International shipping times will vary depending on the destination, chosen carrier, and any customs processing delays.

Tracking: We strive to provide a reliable tracking option for all international shipments whenever possible. However, the availability of tracking services may vary by destination and carrier.


4. Special Shipping Circumstances

Drop-Ship Items

·  Most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your address

·  Processing time: Typically 3-7 business days as items ship from the manufacturer's facility

·  Tracking: You will receive tracking information once the manufacturer ships your order

·  Multiple items: Orders with products from different manufacturers may arrive in separate shipments

·  Returns: Each manufacturer has specific return policies; please contact us for details on individual items

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

·  Lead times: Custom equipment typically requires 2-6 weeks for manufacturing

·  Rush orders: Expedited processing available for additional fee (contact for quote)

·  Delivery updates: We will provide regular updates on custom order progress

·  Shipping: Custom items typically ship via freight due to specialized packaging

Installation Services

·  Professional installation available in select metropolitan areas

·  Service areas: Contact us to confirm availability in your location

·  Scheduling: Installation appointments typically scheduled 1-2 weeks after delivery

·  Additional cost: Installation fees vary by equipment type and location


5. Shipping Restrictions

·  Physical addresses only: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

·  Geographic restrictions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

·  Remote locations: Certain oversized items cannot be shipped to remote locations

·  Hazardous materials: Items containing batteries, chemicals, or other hazardous materials may incur additional fees ($50-$100)


6. Expedited Shipping Options

Rush Processing

·  Same-day processing: Available for in-stock items (additional $25 fee)

·  Availability: Rush options subject to item availability and cut-off times

·  Cut-off time: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EST for next-day processing

Express Shipping Rates

·  Contact for quote: All express shipping options require individual pricing based on destination and item specifications.


7. Processing Time

Order Review and Fulfillment: We strive to process and ship orders within 48 hours after receiving payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), please allow for slightly longer processing times.

Business Days: Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and scheduled closures. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


8. Shipping Delays

Unexpected Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, circumstances such as weather events, natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs inspections can impact estimated delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and will work to resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.

Carrier Exceptions: Delays, lost packages, or issues once the shipment is in the carrier's possession are largely outside our control. If you encounter any concerns during transit, please contact the carrier first with your tracking information. We are, however, happy to assist you in following up with the carrier if needed.


9. Order Status & Tracking

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, including a tracking number and a link (if available) to track your package.

Customer Support: If you have questions about the status of your shipment, please contact us at info@dharmawellnessequipment.com and include your order number.


10. Address & Contact Information

Accurate Information: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Change Requests: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@dharmawellnessequipment.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, modifications may not be possible.


11. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damage on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement item.

Lost Packages: In the event your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, or property managers first. If you are unable to locate it, contact the carrier for more information. We can assist in opening a lost package inquiry if needed.


12. Shipping Terms & Definitions

Drop Ship (DS): Item ships directly from manufacturer, not our warehouse.
Lead Time: Manufacturing or procurement time required before shipping.
Freight: Large items requiring truck delivery (over 150 lbs or oversized).
White Glove: Premium service including inside delivery and basic setup.
Standard Ground: UPS/FedEx ground service-
Curbside: Driver delivers to curb or loading dock area.


13. Policy Updates

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in our operations or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
