  Shipping & Delivery Information:

  • Large/Heavy Item Delivery: Items are palletized and shrink-wrapped on wooden pallets for safe freight delivery
  • Delivery Notification: Carrier will call the day before to schedule delivery appointment
  • Lift-Gate Service: Included in shipping charges
  • Curbside Delivery Only: Drivers will not bring items inside - ensure adequate staff available for unloading
  • Delivery Window: 3-5 hour window required for delivery completion
  • Inspection Required: Carefully inspect delivery and note any damages on delivery receipt before signing

    • Payment Required: All purchases must be paid in full prior to shipping - NO C.O.D.
    • Returns: 15-day return window with 35% restocking fee plus shipping both directions
