Returns

You may return all products (except service parts) within 30 days of receipt.

 You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at info@dharmawellnessequipment.com or by calling (754) 273-7759.

• The product must be returned in “like-new” condition, including the original packaging, all accessories, and parts. Any damage (scratches, stains, odors) or missing items may result in additional fees.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and assumes all risk during return transit.
• Once Human Touch receives and inspects the product, they will issue a refund or replacement, minus the original shipping charges. A 15% inspection and restocking fee of the original purchase price also applies.
• Refund processing typically takes 3–4 weeks.
• Returns without an RMA or outside the 30-day window may be denied.
